VISION
Vision coverage is administered by NVA® National Vision Administrators, LLC.
Eligible members and dependents are entitled to receive a vision examination and one (1) pair of lenses and a frame and contact lenses once every calendar year.
Members ONLY are also entitled to receive one (1) pair of safety or sunglasses which includes lenses and a frame once every calendar year.

Laser Vision Correction Surgery is covered for eligible members and dependents at 50% (up to $1,250 per life time.) Claim forms can be obtained from the Funds Administration office.
